I GOT INTO RADIO BECAUSE: I knew that I had a calling from God to reach the youth of today's world, which is constantly influenced to satisfy the flesh at all times. So airing gospel or as I like to call it that... "Get Saved Muzik"... It's God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness in any and all situations as Apostle Paul said it best in 2 Timothy 3:16.
FAVORITE FOODS:I have too many to name just one... but I will say anything that taste great at the moment, whether it's hot or cold is my favorite food!!! In other words, I just looooove food and anyone that knows me knows this!!! LOL
FAVORITE BOOK:Is the Bible, simply because it was inspired by God, and because there's an answer to every situation in it!!! Seriously, there is!!!
DURING MY LEISURE TIME:I like listening to classic and exclusive Holy Hip Hop and RnP(Rhythm and Praise). Then I love to make mixed cd's to give to peeps that need to hear that... "Get Saved Muzik"
THE ONE THING ABOUT ME THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH OUR LISTENERS IS THAT: Giving my life to Christ in 2005, and giving away my underground secular music that I loved so much... ie, Tribe Called Quest, Common, Mobb Deep, Nas, Wu... (u get the point) I still struggled to let go of that secular music because I grew as a man with that... it ran through my veins. I even began DJing when I was 13yrs young. After getting saved I would listen to Kirk Franklin, and BB Jay and similar Christian artists because that was the closest I could get to the underground sound. Being frustrated with this disconnect between choosing what music I would feed the Lord's temple with, I made a heart-felt prayer stating that I must have an outlet to music I can feel, otherwise, I wasn't sure that I could completely stop listening to the secular that mainly promoted death and not life!!! Then one day in March of 2006, my wife asked me to do a search for a song called "Psalm 23" and after finding hers and seeing many songs with that title, I saw one that said "Chrisitian Hip Hop - Ambassador" so I downloaded it and learned about the Cross Movement, Da T.R.U.T.H., and many more. About 2 weeks after that, I bought my first full CD from Mitchell's book store, it was Everyday Process' The Process of Illumination and Elimination... Praise God, he answered my prayer and I haven't looked back since!!! ;)
