iPOWER FM - TORONTO

Official Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary and contests are void where prohibited by law.

2. Station reserves right to substitute prize of equal value. Prizes are not transferable.

3. Employees of iPOWER FM Radio, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, representatives and their immediate families and any promotional participants of individual contests are not eligible.

4. Prizes are subject to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations therefore the payment of all Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Only one winner, per household, per 30 days

6. All prize winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified or stipulated by a sponsor or the management of iPower FM Radio.

7. All prize winners must be a resident of Toronto, Canada and the GTA.

8. Winners agree to the use of their names, photographs, and voices for broadcast and promotional purposes during and after any contest.

9. Winners agree that iPower FM Radio, its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of their prize.

10. Contest rules may vary with individual contests. In the event of a special contest, rules for that contest will be aired on iPOWER FM, posted on ipowertoronto.fm and available at the iPOWER FM offices.

11. In the event of an entry contest ... one entry/per envelope/per household and all entries becomes the property of iPOWER FM and will not be acknowledged or returned.

12. Unless otherwise specified, prizes must be picked up at 20-1224 Dundas St. East, Mississauga ON, Monday-Thursday between 10am & 5pm. Contest participants must have a valid social insurance number. Winner must present a valid Social Insurance card, Government issued photo i.d (i.e. a Driver's License, non Driver's I.D., Passport or Military I.D)... With verification of address and age upon the release of a prize. In the event that we mail a prize, it will be at the request of the winner, and will therefore be at the winner's risk. iPOWER FM is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail.

13. The winner will forfeit prizes not picked up within the specified deadline or for non-event prizes, within 30 days of winning.

14. iPOWER FM will not be held responsible for any concert or event that is canceled, or for any artist or performers non-appearance.

15. All winners on iPOWER FM can only win one grand prize [$500 value or more] within any 365 day period.

16. iPOWER FM reserves the right to amend the contest rules at any time, and the decision of iPOWER FM management is final.
